Votetaker Comments:

Very straightforward to count the vote as nearly all voters followed the
instructions in the Ballot Paper and queries by the votetaker were, with
one exception, answered quickly and helpfully by the voter. Thank you.

The vote was a little less straightforward in other respects. A few
voters suffered email delays after Ballot Papers or Acknowledgements
were issued and generated some of the correspondence noted in the
summary - one voter being unfortunate enough to suffer delays to both.

The test ballot request, noted under email received, was due to a voter
asking someone to see if the ballot request address was working, rather
than contacting the Votetaker, after a Ballot Paper was requested to a
spamtrapped address. Voters are reminded that you need to use a working
email address for the reply to receive Ballot Papers or if contacting
the Votetaker.

Two ballot papers were requested to be resubmitted for technical
reasons. Both voters submitted valid votes at the 2nd attempt.

Invalid vote: The one exception mentioned in the initial paragraph of
these comments was "Mike Harvey" who failed to make any reply to a query
by the Votetaker. There was no alternative other than to disallow the
vote.

The Votetaker was pleasantly surprised that the email address for this
vote remained remarkably junk and virus/worm free.

RATIONALE:

I have searched to find many allotment web sites and found that if
this group was opened it would allow all allotment (and would be)
allotment holders to to exchange views in one convenient place.
This in turn would give valued exchange of views by every visitor.
To also pick up tips and sometimes tricks into allotment gardening.
