UKVoting statement
- ------------------

Following the resignation of Alan Fleming a request was made for the votes
to be passed to UKVoting to allow for the vote to be counted but
unfortunately Alan Fleming has refused to do this due to the nature of the
situation that brought about his resignation.

In light of this decision UKVoting has had no option but to declare this
CFV NULL & VOID. This decision is regrettable but we do not have any power
to compel Alan Fleming to pass the votes over for counting.

In light of this situation, and earlier incidents, UKVoting are reviewing
the process for taking votes and whether this situation can be prevented
in the future - but in the end UKVoting is a volunteer organisation with
no financial resources to support its operations.

Thanks
