UKVoting Statement - Alan Fleming

Following internal discussions within UKVoting Alan Fleming has decided he 
is unable to continue as a member of UKVoting, and has informed me of his 
immediate resignation from UKVoting.

I would like to thank him for his help whilst a member of UKVoting and 
especially in his role as UKVoting Webmaster.

UKVoting currently stands at the following volunteers:

Rob Irvine - Deputy Co-Ordinator
Malcolm Mladenovic - Assistant Deputy Co-Ordinator

At this time UKVoting has no requirement for any more votetakers but this
