		UKVoting Co-Ordinator and Deputy appointment

	For the UK Usenet family information I want to inform everyone
	that due to work commitments Steve Beckwith has decided to step
	down from the Co-Ordinator role on a permanent basis.

	Therefore Rob Irvine's appointment and my own will become
	permanent as Deputy Co-Ordinator & Co-Ordinator respectively, and
	Steve will continue to support UKVoting in emergency situations
	by taking up a new position as Assistant Deputy Co-Ordinator.

UKVoting currently stands at the following volunteers:
