UKVoting Announcement - Co-Ordinator & Deputy Co-Ordinator

Due to an accident Steve Beckwith will be unable to fulfill his 
responsibilities as UKVoting Co-Ordinator for several months.

In light of this news I have become Acting Co-Ordinator, UKVoting and Rob 
Irvine has stepped forward to become Acting Deputy Co-Ordinator, UKVoting.
