IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - uk.people.support.* renaming

The current vote in progress will be declared NULL AND VOID. This means that
all votes received will be IGNORED.

The vote will be started again with a different ballot. All those who voted
will receive a message informing them of this decision and telling them how to
obtain a CFV from the votetaker.

Currently there are no guidelines for the votetakers to follow in the case of
what would be required to declare the vote null and void. Past precedent does
not provide a solution to the current situation, as there is one stopped vote
and one vote which was allowed to continue. A RFD
will therefore be prepared for the uk.* community to discuss this issue.

Please contact me at ukvoting@bcde.demon.co.uk if you wish to participate in
the creation of this RFD.
