           VOTES FROM SPAM-BLOCKED VOTER ADDRESSES

It has been noted in several of the current CFVs being processed by the
UK Votetakers that many postings are being sent from voters with
spam-blocked e-mail addresses or return addresses.

Please note that all votes received from such addresses in response to
any CFV will be REJECTED by the votetakers.

In particular the votetakers have been assured by the owner of the
NOSPAM.DEMON.CO.UK host that NO valid votes will ever be sent from that
host. If you have sent ballots from or via this host or indeed ANY
spam-blocked e-mail address you will not receive any voting
acknowledgements from the votetakers nor wil such votes be counted
even if you include your real name and e-mail address within the voting
paper. ( Some of you should know better by now! )

All valid votes received will be acknowledged by the votetakers.

Failure to follow these directions may mean that your vote does not
get counted. If you do not receive an acknowledgment of your vote
within three days contact the votetaker about the problem. It's your
responsibility to make sure your vote is registered correctly.
Duplicate votes are resolved in favour of the most recent valid vote.
Names, addresses and votes of all voters will be published in the final
voting results postings.
