more than 11, the proposal therefore passes.

1 duplicate vote (later version counted);
1 webmail vote (see below) (ack bounced, no other form of contact);
4 e-mails commenting on the proposal (none apparently an attempt
at a vote, but all told how to go about voting if they wished);
2 bounced acks (both voters contacted by other addresses
in headers, both re-voted);
4 duplicate votes (see below) from a single origin, which the
originator (who had already voted under a known identity) admitted
when confronted.

RATIONALE: uk.tech.digital-tv.crypt

Non-encryption groups within the uk are being flooded with posting of
the encryption and I feel it would be of a good idea to have one set   
place for this type of post.

CHARTER: uk.tech.digital-tv.crypt

uk.tech.digital-tv.crypt exists for discussion of all matters
technical in origin related to the encryption of digital television
transmissions, be they via satellite, terrestrial or cable.


Advertising is forbidden.

Binaries & Formatting

Encoded binaries (e.g. pictures, compressed files, etc.) are
