2.  Votetaker's Comments
- - ------------------------

A lively little vote. There were the following invalid votes:

1 duplicate vote (later version counted);
1 webmail vote (see below) (ack bounced, no other form of contact);
4 e-mails commenting on the proposal (none apparently an attempt
at a vote, but all told how to go about voting if they wished);
2 bounced acks (both voters contacted by other addresses
in headers, both re-voted);
4 duplicate votes (see below) from a single origin, which the
originator (who had already voted under a known identity) admitted
when confronted.

Webmail vote:

Reis Hoxha      rhoxha_%web!gb

Duplicate votes from counted voter:

CJ              funny%aqua!gro!ku
Tricia          aqua%ntlworld!moc
Dancer          info%dirtydancer!oc!ku
