Edinburgh has a population in excess of 500,000 people, and has specific
issues which can only be discussed on an Edinburgh wide basis, such as
Health (Lothian Health Board), Transport (Lothian Region Transport), 
City of Edinburgh Council, the Environment, Employment, Festivals and so
on.

City of Edinburgh, whether from people in the city or elsewhere.
